The Water pump bearing is a double support bearing with simplified structure. The two support bearings have no inner rings. The raceway of the rolling element is directly made on the shaft. The outer rings of the two support bearings are made into a whole. The two rings are sealed with seals to form the assembly of the shaft sleeve. Under the condition of the same bearing capacity, its radial size is smaller than that of the general type bearing; under the condition of the same radial size, its bearing capacity is larger than that of the general type bearing. Due to its good rigidity, good rotation, simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly, it is widely used in many industries such as automobile  water pump, textile machinery, aerospace and so on.

Clearance: Normal radial clearance is 15-35μm. Material: The ball and the roller,rings and shaft of water pump bearings are made by GCr15 (100Cr6),the quenched surface hardness reaches 60-64HRC. Instruction: Without special requirement,the working temperature is no higher than 120℃.
